Kosmos TBD (Classified Payload)
As per NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) a Soyuz-2 rocket in unknown configuration is scheduled to launch from Plesetsk Cosmodrome between April 13 and 29, 2026 with two launch windows daily between 21:00-23:59 and 00:00-16:00 UTC. It appears that in the same window a launch of Angara-1.2 is planned with another unknown payload and NOTAMs are announced jointly for both.
The launch of Soyuz 2.1b with Volga upper stage took place at 23:18 UTC from Plesetsk Cosmodrome launch pad 43/4. It was the first instance of using this particular configuration. The official announcement say about payloads in plural and so far US published tracking data on 3 objects related to this launch one of which should be Volga upper stage and two other the payloads.
