STRIVE (Stratosphere Troposphere Response using Infrared Vertically-resolved light Explorer) is a NASA Earth System Explorers mission selected for continued development. It will measure temperature, atmospheric constituents, aerosols, and vertical ozone profiles from the upper troposphere to the mesosphere to improve understanding of weather, extreme events, air quality, and ozone recovery.
