VIPER is a NASA robotic rover built to map water ice and other volatile resources near the Moon's south pole. NASA selected Blue Origin to prepare a Blue Moon Mark 1 landing architecture, with an option to deliver and deploy the rover for a targeted 100-day science mission in late 2027.
